Founded in 2009 by Nicolay Kreidler, Lead Grow Thrive is a mission-driven marketing agency dedicated to amplifying the impact of non-profits, social enterprises, and purpose-driven organizations. Our Founder

Nicolay Kreidler, our principal consultant, has a diverse background that uniquely positions him to understand and address the challenges faced by mission-driven organizations:
